Mara Aquino And Rizza Diaz Are FHM's November 2016 Cover Girls

FHM will be forever grateful to the PBA for letting us feature two eloquent lookers from its captivating roster of courtside reporters: Mara Aquino and Rizza Diaz.
Although their job description might be the lone common thing between these petite courtside charmers, the two have carved very different stories for themselves.
For one, Rizza is quite the familiar face in these parts, having appeared four times (including the FHM Singapore mention), while this is Mara's first—and hopefully, not last—time.
Even their manner of entering the sportscasting business played out a bit differently.
Mara's Moneyball and courtside gig actually started off as an accident.
She auditioned for what she originallt thought was a VJ gig. "I thought it was 'music VJ' and it ended up being sports! But I didn't want to back down from something I'd be totally new to. I didn't want to say, 'No, wait I can't do that.' For me, if an opportunity is presented to you, you take it and you can always learn later."
On the other hand, Rizza had always dreamed of a career in broadcasting. And having been with the league for four years now, she sees the anchorwoman position as her next step.
"Calling the games, maybe I could pursue that because I understand the game right down to the play-by-play," she explains, aside from chasing "stories that fans watching at home don't get to see and I have access to. Insider talk with the players, the dugouts, the action. Maybe I could also do writing in the near future."
They may have varying backgrounds, but they pretty much have the same effect on everyone that catches a glimpse of of them on the sidelines. Props to the players for staying zeroed in on the game and not getting distracted while on the court.
Aside from the delightful duo of Rizza and Mara, the November issue also contains a feature on how today's crappy Internet speed was totally fine in the '90s; the ultimate guide to frying; and the antithesis of Fitness First and Slimmers World, among others.
FHM November 2016 is now available in supermarkets, convenience stores, newsstands, and bookstores nationwide!
